Who We Are

A fully insured LLC Asphalt Maintenance Company founded by Ken Reid which has been servicing Monmouth and Ocean Counties since 1993. Affordable Pavement Maintenance is currently Owned and Operated by Firefighters specializing in residential and commercial asphalt seal coatings, asphalt repair, line striping, crack filling and traffic flow signage.

Our commercial clients include hotels, restaurants, municipal properties and property management firms. We believe that our customers deserve the highest standard of customer service, workmanship and quality assurance. Our company provides free estimates for all of services, are trained in the application of the highest quality materials, and always ensures one of the owners is on the job site while the work is being preformed.

Jon Hart

Jon Hart has spent the last 24 years in the emergency services field and has been a career firefighter for the last 15 years. Jon grew up in Lakewood and has resided in Brick for the last 26 years.

Mark Manek has over 25 years experience in the emergency services field and has been a career firefighter for over 12 years. Mark grew up in Manalapan and currently lives in Ocean Township.
